COHORSIL gathers coffee cherries from individual farmers at various collection centers in the area. The co-op performs all the processing under strict quality control to satisfy their customers and gain increased benefits for the producers at the same time. The Cerro Azul showcases the character of Honduran coffee and the high quality being produced from this region.
